Today I will discuss "Vapor Money Theory" as well as Secured Party Creditor and other processes that have been adjudicated by the federal and state courts. This will be a lecture and I will begin the show early due to time constraints. The point of this broadcast is to educate the listeners on how to read judicial opinions and grasp the salient points and remedies provided by the judges in those venues and juxtapose those with current processes used in the private domain. The point to remeber is that in administrative courts decisions are based on FACTS that have APPEARED in the case. In other words if you do not PRESENT your argument in a fashion that contains analytical reasoning and/or direct application to the facts of the case you will lose.
