This week’s guest is Angela Raspass, a Coach, Author, Speaker, and Podcaster who helps individuals and organisations unlock their next level of potential through self-leadership and strengths-based coaching.

With a background in marketing and a diploma in positive psychology, Angela empowers people to achieve their biggest goals and create a positive ripple of impact in the world. Angela’s late-in-life diagnosis at 53 gave her a new perspective. She is passionate about sharing the importance of positive psychology and strengths for women with ADHD
