During a year when we've had so many knocks to our mental health and wellbeing Season 2 of this podcast is focussed on sharing simple healthy habits that we can all use to build strength and resilience and this week the tables were turned as it was my turn to be interviewed on the subject of mental health as part of a series of Movember health talks.

During this episode I was interviewed by Pete Judge of @theperformancepage on the link between gut health and mental health and over the course of our conversation we discussed everything from my journey into nutrition and health coach, the true meaning of health, food rules and the HUGE impact the gut brain connection has on our mental health.
