Jason Murray is the President and Managing Partner of BIPOC Executive Search. He has been a driving force in over 500 executive searches and various EDI services in collaboration with client organizations.

Before launching BIPOC Executive Search Inc., Jason contributed his expertise to a large executive search firm and a specialized boutique search firm. He played a role as the Human Capital and Strategy & Operations Supervisor in Deloitte & Touche's Consulting Division. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and earned a Master's degree in Management from Boston University (also the alma mater of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez).
