77: Ian Golden & The Trails Collective

Ian Golden is a runner's runner. In his 43 years he has been around ultra and trail running for way more years than he should be and has popped up in various hotspots like Bend, Oregon and now Ithaca, NY helping the sport grow and flourish; all the while being an amazing advocate for the trails. He even tried his hand running for New York State Congress in his district. He is currently the father of three girls and the owner of Finger Lakes Running Company. He's a bit of a polymath as well- he's the man behind Red Newt Racing as well as his newest endeavor, the Trails Collective, a weekly video rundown of what's what in Northeast Trail and Ultra.
