Brady opens the show with his annual review editorial on the year of 2024, a year that saw Olympic triumph and drama, national records rewritten and new talent emerged.

He then recaps his race at the Roo Run in Anglesea. Julian gets a bit of continuity going while getting Roo Run organised. Brad tries to start the new year well by managing his achilles with the right shoes.

Sam Toll took out the Roo Run 8km in Anglesea ahead of Ben Ludbrook and Toby Menday, while Siobahn Sefton won the event ahead of Eliza Eddy and Jasmine Hume.
