Tyler Myers is a Canuck, Bobrovsky flies south for seven years and Artemi Panarin gets one hell of a New York payday!

Geeta, P Mac and Ryan embark on the palatial estate one last time before summer break to discuss the very eventful July 1st for the NHL. They look at the Tyler Myers deal, how and why it wasn't as big and bad as we feared it could be and just what the Canucks have in the former Kelowna Rocket and Calder Trophy winner.

They also weigh in on Marc Bergevin's very affordable and safe offersheet the Habs' signed Sebastian Aho to. The Hurricanes were quick to match it and celebrate the low cost signing.

The gang discusses the huge trade between the Avalanche and Maple Leafs. Nazem Kadri heads to Colorado while Tyson Barrie heads to Toronto with salary retained and a year to drive up his free agency value and help get the Leafs to the second round.

Finally, the gang answer questions, talk about the hockey and podcasting season. They also touch on fandom in sports media before they sign off for the summer.
