On this episode of 2 White Lights, I interviewed multiple time teen National Champion, 66 kg lifter Evan Glasgold (@evanglasgoldpowerlifting. Evan and I discussed whats its like being the "cool" Vegan Evan, how his vegan diet affects his training, why he decided to become vegan, and what made him want to get into competitive powerlifting. We also discussed his performance at Raw Nationals, his relationship with his coach Matt Cronin, if he's still doing IPF Worlds, and some of his future plans as a competitor. Evan also shares what he'd like to change about powerlifting along with his favorite aspect of powerlifting, and we play "word association".
