On this episode of 2 White Lights, I was joined by one of the premier and most well known coaches in USAPL, Joey Flexx (@joeyflexx7). Joey shares how he got his start in fitness and how that led to him getting involved in powerlifting/coaching. We also discuss if he believes his team can be considered, "the New England Patriots of the USAPL" and how that has led to him facing criticism. Joey also shares if 2020 totals should have an asterisk by it and the issues with coaching 2 lifters in the same weight class who are competing for the #1 spot.
