I am delighted and excited today to welcome Dr. David Jockers as my guest! Dr. Jockers is a doctor of natural medicine. He runs one of the most popular natural health websites, which has gotten over 1 million monthly visitors. Dr. Jockers is the author of the best-selling books The Keto Metabolic Breakthrough and The Fasting Transformation.
