INFJ Depression | Time to Kill Your Ego!?

Today, we're talking about INFJ depression and if it's time for an "ego loss". Don't quote me on this, I'm not sure if ego is the right expression. Some people call it superego, some people call it part of your personality. That's not what I'm talking about. What I'm talking about is: Are you willing and are you ready to give up a part of your personality to have what you want, to stop this depression, and turn your life inside out, particularly for INFJs. This is a very hard question because we don't want to give up on ourselves. We don't want to give up who we are, but who are we? What is the thing that keeps us grounded? Is it our personality or other parts that we should be willing to change to be able to be more of our authentic selves? That is the question we gonna tackle today.
