Ep. 43 - Where There is Love, There is Grief: A Journey Through Movement, Breath & Sound

Grief is not only about the loss of a loved one but also the loss of relationships, friendships, connections, community, and even former versions of ourselves. Our body remembers it all—the love, the loss, the anger, and the pain.

In this guided practice, we’ll move through these emotions with compassion and support, using seated movement, breath, and sound to gently release tension and unlock stored feelings. This is a practice of emotional liberation, not physical perfection, designed to meet you exactly where you are.
