#8: The Self, The Shadow Self and Consciousness

In this episode, I explore The Self, with particular focus on Carl Jung's concept of The Shadow Self. The aim of this episode is to illuminate the Shadow Self, the aspect of our self that lives hidden within the shadows of the subconscious. By bringing our shadow out, we are a step closer to achieving self mastery.
