KB talks about what in her opinion is directly happening in health care. She talks about her career transitions into health care, she provides empowering advice to those thinking of going into health care. Also, you're invited to participate in the ongoing June Self-Guided Hiking/Walking Spree for Healthcare Professionals Hiking/Walking Spree, and you can do this anywhere you are at! Our goal is for participants to hike or walk at least 20 miles this month outside of their familiar routines. We encourage you to embrace the unfamiliar and explore the wonders of nature. Don't forget, this spree is about taking a stand on personal wellness and fostering a sense of community and engaging with fellow healthcare professionals.

To help identify each other on the trails, we've created a color scheme for different days of the week all through June:

Monday: Black/Purple

Tuesday: Blue

Wednesday: White/Grey

Thursday: Red

Friday: White/Grey

Saturday: Open Color

Sunday: Open Color.

These discussions are designed to take about progress throughout the month of June, and to generate ideas and solutions for improving the wellness of health care professional everywhere. 1. Hiking Trails:Mount Falcon West Trailhead Address: 21074 Mt Falcon Rd, Indian Hills, CO 80454. Do not miss the Eagle Eye Shelter and The Historical Presidential House. Remember to "pack it in, pack it out" to keep our trails beautiful.

2. Lookout Mountain: Be aware that one route to this location is a steep winding road with frequent biker activity.

Red Rocks Park: This park offers a variety of trails to choose from.
