As a certified IFS practitioner, Helen uses the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, together with contemporary business models based on research as she works with coaches, executives, managers, consultants, and community leaders to facilitate change and transformation within their organisations and systems. Helen is passionate about sharing her knowledge of IFS and promoting its establishment within the business community.

Emma E. Redfern has been practicing as a psychotherapist for 21 years and as a supervisor for 14. A certified IFS therapist and approved IFS clinical consultant, she specializes in supporting those who are transitioning to becoming IFS therapists and/or integrating IFS into their supervision practices. Emma edited and wrote a chapter for Internal Family Systems Therapy: Supervision and Consultation and authored Transitioning to Internal Family Systems Therapy: A Companion for Therapists and Practitioners, both published by Routledge. Her latest book, co-edited with Helen Foot, called Freeing Self: IFS Beyond the Therapy Room was published in October 2023 by B. C Allen Publishing Group. She co-hosts the podcast Purely IFS with a colleague in Ireland, Gayle Williamson.
