The Brunswick Police Department said Grace Spoonamore allegedly crashed into another vehicle while driving intoxicated and assaulted an officer by spitting on him during the traffic stop. Spoonamore initially denied drinking, then admitted to consuming “two doubles” of tequila before later upping the number to “three doubles.” Officers referred to her as "drunk" numerous times throughout the incident.
