Be More Like An Octopus! - Ep 8

Be More Like An Octopus! - Ep 8

The central brain and mini brains structure of the giant Pacific octopus highlights the significance of autonomy for individuals in contributing to an organization's vision. Just as the octopus's central brain coordinates overall functions while its mini brains control individual arms independently, individuals within an organization require autonomy to excel. Educators should aim to cultivate "mini-brain students" who are self-managing and possess the drive to figure out how to accomplish tasks. By fostering autonomy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, we empower students to take ownership of their learning and become proactive contributors to their future endeavors.
