JOSH ATKINS: Wycombe District Swimming Club

On this weeks episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we welcome Lead Performance Coach at Wycombe District Swimming Club and finalist at this year's UK Coaching Awards, Josh Atkins.

Wycombe Swimming Club is one of the premier swimming clubs in the Swim England South East region and Josh, along with other coaches at the club, have been producing outstanding results thanks to a brilliant training programme and core club ethos that they follow.

In this episode, Josh talks about his swim coaching philosophy, swim coaching tips, and why being on a Swim England Pathway Coach Programme has been hugely beneficial to help increase his knowledge and development as a coach.

With Josh's commitment to swimming, he is a top 3 finalist in the Talent Development Coach of the Year category at the UK Coaching Awards 2021, with the awards evening occurring on the 7th of December.
