On this episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we preview the Team Wales Swimming Squad for the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games!

A squad headed up by Olympians, Dan Jervis Matt Richards and Alys Thomas as well as British Swimming breakout star from the Budapest World Championships 2022, Medi Harris, there is plenty of reason to be excited over this squad of 20 swimmers at Birmingham 2022!

We are also joined by 400m Freestyle specialist, Kieran Bird to talk about his decision to pick Swim Wales over England, how he's dealt with the post-Olympic come down and why securing a medal for teaming Calum Jarvis is a massive goal of his this summer!
