How to Survive the Tahoe 200-Mile Trail Race with Elsa Jaworski

Elsa Jaworski joined us in the La Barba Coffee roasting warehouse to talk about late race survival. As co-founder of Women of the Wasatch and a great runner all around, she tells how she keeps going.

Elsa got second place at Tahoe 200 and sub-22 hours at Buffalo 100. No doubt she wanted to quit at times so why didn't she? How?!
