Deep Sleep Hypnosis for a Full Moon - A time for reflection and gratitude

Full Moon phase? Means it’s time for a new Hypnosis audio! Following the great feedback I had for my “New Moon” recording, I wanted to create a new sleep hypnosis audio for those who take action during the phase of a full moon. This phase signifies a time for reflection and practicing gratitude, as well as recognising the parts of our life that do and do not serve us – particularly those parts that have stood out since the 'new moon' period when we set those “new intentions”. The audio has been written to help provide motivation and courage to dig deep internally and pull out the true contributing factors that we must acknowledge to move forward in the best way possible. And the best part about this is – you don’t need to do anything at all to make this happen, other than lie back, trust my voice and enjoy the audio. I’ll guide you and deeply relax you while accessing the emotions and feelings in your subconscious mind, and help to send you into a long, uninterrupted deep sleep. As I mentioned in my previous New Moon audio, I was initially inspired to do this recording after spending some time with the team at Moon Phase Studios, based in Cornwall, in the UK, who artistically create and produce a beautiful range of educational, motivational and spiritual products to help you prepare best and make the most of the different phases of the moon.
