Ismail and Sameer are joined by a very special guest on Episode 19 of the Emotional Intelli-Gents Podcast, Mr. Bill Carson. Bill Carson dives deep into topics that are very near and dear to his life’s work as a resilience coach, emotional and social intelligence coach, and well-being coach. About Bill Carson:

  • Bill Carson is a passionate Mental Health Advocate who speaks from a lived experience of mental health challenges of depression, anxiety and addictions for over 30 years.
  • Bill experienced childhood traumas of major heart surgery at four, death of his father at five, domestic violence during his teens, and major illness of his first wife.
  • In 2016, Bill healed himself of anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts and began his journey as a mental health advocate.
  • Bill Carson is committed to giving back and currently volunteers his time as a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Supporter and trains leaders and managers in various industry sectors on Mental Health First Aid.
