The Psychology of your 20s' Jemma on her quarter-life crisis

Hello hello! Today, I speak to Jemma Sbeg, the host of The Psychology of Your 20s podcast. Jemma recorded her first episode in the back of her car—today, her show is adored by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. And at 25, Jemma knows first-hand just how confusing and chaotic your 20s can be. Before Jemma pursued her podcast full-time, she worked in the mental health space, working closely with people at risk.
