I have a cozy chat about what seems like everything with Jenny Xia Spradling, the co-founder and co-CEO of FreeWill - a social good enterprise that has raised $5Bn for charity since being formed in 2017. Jenny and I catch up on what it’s like being the daughters of foreign/immigrant parents, what values we hold dear, and our approaches to nurturing and repairing relationships. We discuss the differences we see between female and male leaders, whether a confidence gap exists between the genders, and how to improve representation in the workplace. Jenny generously shares the good and bad of what motherhood has been like for her. We discover our mutual love for cuddling and she shares a to-do list to get Marcin all prepped and ready for fatherhood once we’re ready to take that step.
