For Don, everything he does goes under the broad umbrella of sound and vision, with a huge amount of projects and collaborations to be considered as such, from his own Super 8 films back in the day to directing music videos for a crazy amount of musical heroes from Elvis Costello to Big Audio Dynamite to The Clash to Bob Marley to name a handful… A LOT to talk about between Pip and Don of course, from his experiences being “first generation British born black”, to finding his footing in the directing game and how it started, his artistic interests and slants, politics and diversity in the UK, culture and the greater arts world, having his mind blown and personality altered after seeing Bob Marley and then becoming an acquaintance of his, running a shop in Kings Road and the all encompassing power of bass… Immensely satisfying and entertaining chat goodness to be had so just dive in and enjoy!
