Heather Kowalski of The University of Iowa joins the show to discuss her recent JPOSNA publications on resident education through state-of-the-art simulation and her efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in our field. She “stirs the pot” on a variety of controversial topics in pediatric trauma and limb length inequality.
