AbilityFest

https://www.abilityfest.com.au/

Ability Fest is a one day festival brought to you by the Dylan Alcott Foundation & Untitled Group that aims to use music as an inclusive platform to normalise disability. Launched by three time Paralympic gold medalist & 10 time grand slam champion, Dylan Alcott, Australia’s most inclusive music festival is held at the Coburg Velodrome, known better as Melbourne’s favourite concrete donut.

Ability Fest was born by Alcott due to his love of music and his desire to use his foundation to change the lives of young Australians living with disability. In the last two years, Ability Fest has raised just shy of $500,000 for Alcott’s foundation.

These funds are used to help young Australians with disabilities fulfil their potential through their grant program.

Worthwhile following and supporting!

FND Dimensions aims to develop a network of ‘peer support groups’ across the UK either in face to face meetings or online via methods such as Skype. By bringing people together on a regular basis, this helps alleviate the isolation that many FND patients feel. It also gives opportunity for others to open up dialog and to talk to others in a similar position about the day to day challenges, issues or concerns with one another.
