Ep 191: Opinionated AF is a new monthly segment where we share our opinions on the internet’s opinions. For added entertainment, we select videos that have gone viral, are hot takes, and / or are a little controversial. (As a reminder, it’s not that serious, we’re just here to laugh and have fun conversations with our internet friends).

We discuss various topics, including birthday parties, pet parties, the psychology of how you’re perceived with a tan and the importance of supportive friends both in real life and on the internet. The episode wraps up in a wholesome way as we reflect on finding a balance between being stimulated and being at peace.

In the catch-up segment, Ceara shares highlights and recommendations from her recent trip to Mexico City. The girls discuss the power of breathwork and its transformative effects on mental health.
