Ep. 429: Saturday Night’s Main Event 2

Time is running out to get our Philly themed Ice Cream Christmas logo! Go get it now at Maxfunstore.com.

Hal, Danielle and Lindsey sit at the precipice of back-to-back weekends with big shows from WWE.

There’s titles on the line with Jey Uso vs. Gunther for World Championship, Sheamus vs. Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Title and Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax for the women’s World title. But while the team has strong opinions about who will win, there are also a lot of questions about the overall direction of the stars.

Plus: it’s another reminder that we’re due for another muppets x WWE crossover.

The Main Event

It's back to back weekends of Saturday shows, so let's pre-game the one that happens on the day this episode drops: the second modern edition of Saturday Nights' Main Event. But we face an important question: In a world with more WWE shows than ever, how long until the novelty of Saturday night's main event wears off?

Three Count

Hal put over Joe Hendry vs. John Cena.

Lindsey put over Sheamus’ first pilates class!

Danielle put over Jordynne Grace’s goodbye for TNA.

Hosted by Hal Lublin, Danielle Radford, and Lindsey Kelk.

Produced by Julian Burrell for Maximum Fun.

The music for our new promo is provided by Incompetech.com
