Dr Lindsay Browning is a chartered psychologist, neuroscientist and sleep expert who holds a doctorate in insomnia from the University of Oxford. She is the founder of Trouble Sleeping, a clinic based in Berkshire that has been helping people to improve their sleep for the past 15 years.


In part 1, Lindsay joins Dr Alex George to unpack what a good night’s sleep actually is, why we don’t all need 8 hours of sleep and shares the important role our dreams play in processing our emotions.
