A true “chapina” at heart, Alejandra born in Guatemala, has over 10 years of experience in the Multifamily industry. Alejandra's passion for Customer Success began in 2014 when she transitioned from working at the helpdesk/call center to the world of Customer Success. With hard work and perseverance, Alejandra climbed the ladder of success, which led her to her first leadership role in 2021 as Director of Customer Success at a small startup. It was there that Alejandra was able to put her process Improvement skills into practice and build the foundations of Customer Success in the organization.Alejandra's continued passion for clients and her love for Customer Advocacy makes her an incredible person with a lot of talent and a lot to give. She is always up for new connections and great conversations to help others learn more and transition to Customer Success. In her free time, Alejandra enjoys conducting one-off consulting with companies seeking to improve their processes and create reporting strategies for CS.
