#20 - Nikki Han - First Ever Female Finisher Of INSANE 300km Ultra-Marathon

In this episode, I sat down with Nikki Han, the first female to ever finish the Hong Kong Four Trails, a gruelling 298km race with 14,500 metres of total elevation. The race which NOONE even finished this year (2025), Nikki has now finished it TWICE.

Nikki shares what is going through her mind in the darkest moments on the trails, how lack of sleep affects the human mind, what a 'unicorn race' means, and much more.
