World's fiercest girl band The Cheetah Girls are back and heading to the hometown of Chanel's soon to be stepfather, who is a sexual Frenchman named Luc. That's right, we're heading to Barcelona, Spain!

Galleria, Chanel, Dorinda and Aqua are heading to Barcelona to enter a contest for undiscovered musical talent, but soon find themselves caught up in the charms of this wonderful and affordable city, to the detriment of their music, and the annoyance of Galleria. Will the Cheetahs be able to stop being distracted by musical Spanish hunks and rehearse for the big show? Can Dorinda bring herself to love a penniless dancing Count?
