What is Pain?

Has anyone ever actually talked to you about what pain is? I bet not.But why should you care?Well, research has shown that if you actually understand what is going on in your body when you have pain, it actually significantly decreases the pain you feel, and there is less fear and anxiety around it. That's one of the big reasons why people with chronic pain spend SO much time, energy and money trying to find the answer to what is causing their pain. Many times, the answer doesn't actually provide much help, but mentally and emotionally, having a diagnosis takes a huge weight off their shoulders. In this episode, we dive into what actually causes pain, and what your body and brain are trying to say when you feel pain.
