I’m Dr. Sohère Roked, a GP and hormone specialist. Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of men and women understand how their hormones influence their mood, energy, sleep, focus, and overall quality of life.


Each week, I sit down with a patient or a guest to hear their personal story—how hormones affected them, the treatment that helped, and most importantly, what you can do if you’re facing a similar challenge.
