Freezing My Eggs, Part 1: What the Process Is Really Like

So, I froze my eggs! In this episode, I walk you through my full, personal experience—from what led me to start the process to how it all actually felt, physically and emotionally. I cover everything from how elective egg freezing works, what to expect with injections and appointments, and the retrieval procedure, to how I navigated insurance, scheduling, and self-managing the whole thing.
