S7: E95 It's Inside of You

Every March, we celebrate women from the past and present who have made an impact in the United States. However, while we are celebrating other women, we neglect to celebrate ourselves. Often times we neglect to reflect on the perseverance achieved to manage three children while preparing for our biggest proposal at work; or how we were able to achieve a degree while working full-time with a husband and four children at home. And, while we celebrate others we don't think twice about what we have accomplished. Our thoughts most likely include:

• I had to do what I had to do
• Someone had to do it
• What else was I supposed to do

Those are not the thoughts of a working mother who is worth every recognition and celebration she deserves.

Those are not the thoughts of a working mother who has worked her way to juggle the many priorities on her plate.

This is why season 7 of The Latika Vines Show is necessary for working mothers to acknowledge and celebrate how they continue to Make Career History.
