Sam Synett (pronounced "sin-net") is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach and owner of Sam Synett Coaching LLC.

Sam has a passion for helping people reclaim their power, make decisions for themselves, and take ownership of moving their lives forward.

Outside of being a business owner, she serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Austin Steve Hicks School of Social Work and is considered a national expert in the treatment of combat-related PTSD and prolonged grief disorder.

In 2020, Sam sensed she needed an energetic shift in her career, so she enrolled in a ICF-accredited life coach training program with Inner Glow Circle, earned her certification, and has since provided over 500 hours of coaching to people in individual, group, and self-paced capacities.

Sam s the go-to coach for people looking to improve their relationship with money, embrace body neutrality, learn how to uphold boundaries, and who are looking to launch or scale a small business.

In this episode, Sam drops countless golden nuggets of wisdom regarding mindset shifts to scale your business, she talks about working THROUGH grief to get to the other side, and shares with us some incredible lessons and memories she received from her father before his sudden passing.
