I chatted with Marcus Brown aka Marathon Marcus about how he's changed his mindset and training to cut 2 hours off his marathon time, how he's coping with life in lockdown and his future goals. Marcus has transformed from a 5 hour marathoner to a runner knocking on the door of a sub 3 hour 26.2. He balances running with a full time job, two kids and a blog/IG/podcast on the side.
