Case–based discussion will be used adjunctively to illustrate how best to select patients in varying clinical scenarios and how to optimally counsel a patient on each of the available modalities, including onabotulinumtoxinA injection of the bladder, tibial nerve stimulation, and sacral nerve stimulation (SNS). Emerging therapies in neuromodulation will also be introduced. Optimal patient selection and integration of these therapies into the urology practice will be discussed in detail. Importantly, the technique of onabotulinumtoxinA injection, ideal tibial nerve stimulation, optimal SNS lead placement, and troubleshooting of the failed implant will be highlighted.
