#96 - The Wellness Room: Be Well

Episode #96 gives a breakdown of an event that is coming to the Inland Empire this summer, but can also come to you just about anywhere. Callie is hosting the inaugural Wellness Room event, creating an experience for women who want to not only destress, but watch ideas blossom. Self-reflection, creating connection, and building community are great ways to take care of yourself and feel loved and supported by others. It's absolutely necessary and FUN! Get ready for this retreat series that is a playdate for women. A retreat series allows you time to explore, process and create, so that you can take care of yourself and expand your impact to your community, or even create a new one. Are you an advocate for women's health and wellness? There are multiple sponsorship levels if you would like to take part in supporting the first-ever Wellness Room event (certainly not the last).
