Welcome to the S&C Show, the show that brings you the latest from the world of S&C and Sports Science!

Introduction

We would like to wish everyone who is back in pre-season training both in football and rugby the best of luck! Linking with preseason, we chatted a little about the use of sprinting on the first day back, which was brought up by Des Ryan so have a look and see what the coaches' thoughts were!

We also chatted about the use of a volunteer role in S&C instead of an internship, along with return to play protocols in rugby.
