Pete Bernard is a technologist with over 30 years of experience in edge computing and IoT. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Boston University and has worked at Phoenix Technologies and several startups. After 18 years at Microsoft leading projects like Windows Phone, he founded EDGECELSIOR in 2023. As of April 2024, he serves as the Executive Director of the tinyML Foundation, focusing on ultra-low-power machine learning for resource-constrained devices.

Dr. Evgeni Gousev is a Senior Director of Engineering at Qualcomm Research, leading HW R&D in the Silicon Valley centre, driving advanced silicon technology projects and developing ultra-low power embedded computing platforms, including always-on machine vision AI. He is Chairman of the Board for the tinyML Foundation enabling a smarter, more efficient, and sustainable solutions across various industries through the use of machine learning on small devices.
