Who doesn’t want a solid bench press? Who doesn’t want to increase bench press weight they already consider solid. In this article are 7 researched methods of increasing your bench press. In his article you will see the following bench press plateau breaking methods:

  1. Use smelling salts (or get pumped)
  2. Try Microloading
  3. Improve your explosivity
  4. Make the bench press your main focus
  5. Watch for symptoms of over or under training
  6. Mix up your grip widths
  7. Develop and protect your shoulders
