Teamwork Makes the Dream Work! Introducing the Irish Occupational Therapy Podcast with Jen Trzeciak and Aideen Ruttledge

Welcome to the first episode of the Irish Occupational Therapy podcast! In this exciting debut, your hosts Jen Trzeciak and Aideen Ruttledge introduce themselves and their reasons for starting this podcast. Both are experienced Occupational Therapists who share a passion for the profession and a desire to promote it in Ireland and beyond.

Jen and Aideen take us on a journey through their personal stories, discussing how they got into OT and what keeps them motivated in their work. They explore the unique and diverse aspects of the profession, from mental health to physical rehabilitation, and explain why OT has something to offer for everyone.

In this episode, Jen and Aideen also shed light on how OT in Ireland might differ from other countries, and share their thoughts on the value of transdisciplinary working for successful outcomes. They touch upon the challenges and opportunities of working in a field that is constantly evolving and adapting to new technologies and approaches.
