Restful Nights and Naps with Shannon: Ep 2.8

Restful Nights and Naps with Shannon: Ep 2.8

Shannon Buhera is a wife, mama, 3rd grade public school teacher in Washington D.C., and the Founder of Nights and Naps Pediatric Sleep Consulting.

She loved aspects of being a teacher, but she always wanted to build her own business.

Shannon became captivated by the research and science behind sleep when she was trying to solve her own daughter's sleep challenges.

She then became certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management so she could make the best decisions for her daughter and then help others, too.

That's when her interest in sleep, passion for working with families, and drive to be an entrepreneur all aligned, and she launched Nights and Naps Pediatric Sleep Consulting!

She is passionate about finding ways to make Pediatric Sleep education accessible for all families because everyone deserves safe, stress-free, quality sleep - babies, toddlers, and parents, too.
