Dogman Encounters Episode 383 (Kids, Never Shoot your BB gun at a Dogman!)

Tonight’s guest, Robert, had his Dogman encounter when he was 10. Robert had a very childhood. Sure. His family moved around a lot, due to his father being an engineer for General Motors, but due to both of his parents having such high-earning jobs, Robert’s family was very comfortable. When Robert was 10, he and his family were living in a new housing development, in New York State that was almost perfect for a kid like him. He had good friends who lived just a few houses up the street from him. Right behind his house, there was a big woods that he and his friends used to play in and explore. There was even an old, abandoned, hangar 2 miles through those woods that they’d, sometimes, ride their bikes to and check out. Everything was about as perfect in his life as he could have hoped. That is, until the night when he saw a Dogman behind his house. You see, one night, after his parents had gone to bed, Robert went to his bedroom window and sat down, so he could stargaze. After sitting there for a little over 45 minutes, he noticed a large, dark, figure coming down a hill that was right behind his house. At first, he thought it was a huge dog. Dogs don’t have long arms and short back legs, though. This creature did. Dogs also don’t look have powerful humped backs. This creature did. Dogs also don’t have long, sharp, claws that make loud clicking sounds when they walk on paved surfaces. Well, this creature did. Robert was in shock, as he watched this strange creature come into view behind his home. His brother was sleeping in the room with him at the time and he wanted to call out to him, but he was so rattled, he couldn’t utter a single word. Up to that point, the Dogman hadn’t given any indications it knew Robert was there. That changed, though, when Robert decided to do one of the dumbest things he’s ever done, as he puts it. He picked up his father’s bb gun, raised it to his shoulder, pointed it at the Dogman, and that’s right. He pulled the trigger!
