10-man Villa hold on for point against Newcastle United

Aston Villa women have climbed to fifth place in the Women’s Super League less than three years after gaining promotion out of the Championship in 2020. It’s been an incredible rise for the women’s team, fans can be excited for the future, and proud of the achievement so far. Jude Aston is an 18 year old Aston Villa fan. He’s dealt with the challenges of Cerebral Palsy for as long as he can remember. After developing complications after an operation, his right leg was fused in an upright position towards his chest, causing severe pain. In December 2022, he made the decision to have his leg amputated in the search for a new life of independence. Less than 4 weeks later he was back at Villa Park to watch his beloved AVFC.
