Gabriel Cousens functions as a Holistic Physician, Homeopath, Psychiatrist, Family Therapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner and a Chinese Herbalist. In addition, he’s a best selling author, and considered one of the leading live-food vegan medical doctors, holistic physicians and the world expert on spiritual nutrition. Artists have always played a pivotal role during times of great change and upheaval. When hope seems lost and the fear of uncertainty prevails, nothing can speak to the heart of any matter more powerfully than music. Ask Gabz and Guydence are Hip Hop Artists shining light on the present theater of fear & divisiveness, their brilliant lyrics have touched many hearts, but their surging popularity has not gone unnoticed by those who wish us to conform. Truth is the first casualty of tyranny as they say, but these two artists have undauntingly delivered their message against all attempts to censor or silence. It is time for more artists to shun the confines of formula conformity, and return to their artistic roots as vehicles for positive change.

We'll focus on two articles co-authored by Deborah and Dr. Barre Lando, both certified Master Gardener-Permaculturists, and overseers of our own Alfa Vedic Gardens permaculture farm. Did you know that Agrarianism is both a philosophical and social philosophy that has been the foundation of all great and enduring civilizations? On this episode we'll make a strong case that it's time to return to our "roots", and how Agrarianism is the best possible method to restore our freedoms and personal health. No doubt about it, 2020 was one for the books, but for our intrepid and informed Alfa Vedic Community there were no surprises. We focus on solutions, but that can only be accomplished by shining a light into those areas left purposely unexplored by the legacy media and every conventional institution without exception.  For the Alfa Vedic team, 2020 was a year of many blessings, all made possible by each and every member of the AV family. Our networking forums have attracted an international audience of remarkable people sharing their wisdom and encouragement, while weekly episodes of Alfacast feature a steady stream of esteemed guests sharing their expertise in the many topics most critical to today's world. At Alfa Vedic we believe sustainable agriculture to be the bedrock of any culture, and so it is here for the larger AV Co-operative. Our farm continues to flourish, and we're now focused on building the necessary infrastructure to conduct workshop-retreats in Permaculture farming, authentic medicine and general self-discovery disciplines. We have all found each other for good reason, and the "Great Work" still lies ahead for those of us born for these times. This week's Alfacast will be a fun in-house episode with Mike and Dr. Lando to recap 2020, and  speculate on the year to come.
