THE LOWDOWN EPISODE #51 - THE WORLD'S GREENEST FOOTBALL CLUB w/ FOREST GREEN'S; HENRY STAELENS

It was a pleasure to speak recently with Henry Staelens, the CEO of the world's greenest football club; Forrest Green Rovers. Despite hailing from a town of under 4,000 they have over 100 international fan groups. This is in no small part attributed to their consistent efforts to raise awareness and challenge thinking over sustainability and environmental issues. Henry was kind enough to share some insights as to how he and the club are supplementing their big vision with big action. Furthermore he unpacks as to how the club managed to navigate the trials and tribulations of the past 18 months. With the club top of EFL League 2 they are a shining example of how on pitch and sustainability goals can co-exist. Expect to hear more regarding;
